We play the long game so that you don’t have to. We’ll start you on a salary, commensurate with your experience. We’ll increase that salary, regularly, as you accumulate skills. A dynamic marketing team does this for you. This team identifies market segments, researches prospects and their special requirements, and then customizes a compelling offer that meets those needs.

And, in this sales role—unlike pretty much every other—there’s no admin work. None! You don’t have to process orders, generate quotes, resolve issues or deal with the usual fuss that impairs other salespeople’s productivity.

Oh, and one more thing. You don’t have to travel. This role is based in Glen Mills. You’ll do your consultative selling with a headset and a web conference.

We’ll be looking for someone who’s comfortable in a busy sales environment and, ideally, someone who has sold solutions over the phone or experience in healthcare sales.

We definitely want someone who’s a great communicator. Some sales experience is a plus. So is a willingness to identify and learn best practice in sales.

Plus we want someone who’s a team player (not a mercenary). After all, sales at Eon is a team sport and we like it that way.
