There had to be a better way.

As one of the country’s leading interventional pulmonologists, Dr. Aki Al-Zubaidi saw countless patients diagnosed with late-stage lung cancer whose lives could have been saved if better care systems had been in place. 

He knew that if there was a smarter way to leverage the data hospitals already have, patients could be diagnosed sooner, and lives could be saved. He decided to do something about it – and in 2015, Eon was born.
